Confirmations:  Email confirmations will be sent to your email.  Name badges will be available when you check in on site.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy:  If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute.  If you cannot send a substitute, a $45 cancellation fee will be assessed if cancellation is emailed to newlyelected@tml.org by June 26 for San Antonio and by July 22 for Round Rock.  No refunds will be honored after these dates.  Transfers to other events is not permitted.  Substitutions are always accepted.
