Cancellation Policy:  If you are registered and purchased social event guest tickets and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $100 cancellation fee will be assessed if written cancellation is not received by October 11. No refunds will be issued after October 11.

Membership must be completed and processed by September 29 to take advantage of the member rates.  You must allow 3-business days between each transaction.

MEETING ACCOMMODATIONS:  Meeting accommodations requests such as dietary restrictions must be submitted to lavern@tml.org by October 9 to be considered.
