Membership must be completed and processed by March 11 to take advantage of the member rates. You must allow 3 business days between each transaction.
Cancellation and Substitution Policy: If you are registered for the conference and/or purchased social event guest tickets and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $100 cancellation fee will be assessed if written cancellation is received by March 11 to lavern@tml.org. No refunds will be issued after March 11.
Meeting Accommodations: Meeting accommodation requests such as dietary restrictions must be submitted to, lavern@tml.org by April 1 to be considered.
