Name Badges

Name badges will be available for pickup onsite. Only registered attendees will receive a name badge, and badges must be worn at all times.

Cancellations and Substitutions

If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $100 cancellation fee will be assessed if written cancellation is emailed to Tristan at Tristan@tml.org by August 10. No refunds will be honored after August 10.

Special Accommodations

If you need assistance of any kind, including dietary restrictions (such as allergies or sensitivities to particular ingredients), mobility, or audio or visual aids, contact Tristan at Tristan@tml.org by August 10.
